How Newspapers Can Better Serve African Americans and Hispanics: Overview Page

African-American and Hispanic consumers represent the fastest growing consumer segment in the United States. For newspapers, they also represent the future for readership. The Impact study surved more than 3,500 Hispanics and African Americans as part of its nationwide consumer survey and found important ways that newspapers can increase readership.
