Ads on local media sites get action, OPA says

The Web sites of local media companies have an advantage when it comes to delivering results for advertisers, according to a study by the Online Publishers Association. That is, people who see an ad on a local newspaper, magazine or TV site are more likely to take action than if they had seen it elsewhere online. Additionally, newspaper and TV sites surpass other sites for consumer trust, says OPA's report on the study.
